Reach out to schedule a drop off, pick up or delivery.

We work with you to find a time that works to drop off presents that need to be wrapped this season. Alternatively, you may have your presents delivered to our address. We also offer a pick up service!

Decide wrapping details (or let us choose for you).

We’ll show you what wrapping options we have for you to choose from, you can give us a theme to follow, or you can let us decide! You may also provide your own wrappings for a discount.

Pick up or schedule delivery once presents are wrapped.

It usually takes us 1-3 days to wrap your presents, and then we’ll let you know by phone and/or email when they are ready to be picked up! We also offer a delivery service and storage for Santa!

Can I have my presents delivered for wrapping?

Yes, you may have your presents delivered directly to our location for wrapping. Please reach out to arrange this and get the proper address. Presents can also be picked up by us within the DSM metro.

How long does it take to wrap my presents?

1-3 days, depending on the time of the season and how many gifts are in your order. Same day drop off and pick up is available for a $5 fee and is only available when agreed upon prior to drop off.

I have a specific vision or request. Will you be able to accommodate?.

When is the last day to drop off or pick up presents?

The last day to drop off presents is Monday, December 23rd. All presents must be picked up by 10AM on Tuesday, December 24th. Same day pick up will be subject to a $5 rush fee.

Can you hold onto my presents?

Please pick up your presents within 48 hours of being notified they are ready. Any presents left past 48 hours may be subject to a holding fee. We can hold onto presents “from Santa” until December 24th at 10AM for a fee, which is determined by size and number of presents.
